Method Of Preparation
- Whisk Sugar, Egg and Water at medium speed for 4-5
minutes until sugar is dissolved. - Add Parisons Prime Cup mix and remaining ingredients
other than oil in to the bowl mix at low speed for 1 minute. - Scrape the side and whisk for 4-5 minutes at high speed.
- Add oil and mix for 1 minute at slow speed.
- Scale as required.
- Bake at 190°C-200°C for 18-20 minutes/until bake well.
