PRIME CUP CAKE MIX

Method Of Preparation
  • Whisk Sugar, Egg and Water at medium speed for 4-5
    minutes until sugar is dissolved.
  • Add Parisons Prime Cup mix and remaining ingredients
    other than oil in to the bowl mix at low speed for 1 minute.
  • Scrape the side and whisk for 4-5 minutes at high speed.
  • Add oil and mix for 1 minute at slow speed.
  • Scale as required.
  • Bake at 190°C-200°C for 18-20 minutes/until bake well.

PRIME EGG BASED CHOCOLATE FLAVOURED CAKE MIX

Method Of Preparation
  • Add water, eggs and Parisons Prime Chocolate Cake Mix.
  • Mix to the mixing bowl. Beat for 1 minute at slow speed
  • Scrape and mix at medium speed for 3 minutes
  • Add oil and mix at slow speed for 1 minute
  • Scale as required into pan
  • Bake at 170°C – 180°C for 35- 40 minutes/until bake well

PRIME EGG BASED RED VELVET CAKE MIX

Method Of Preparation
  • Add Water, Egg and Parisons Prime Red Velvet Cake Mix
    to the mixing bowl. Beat for 1 minute at slow speed.
  • Scrape and mix at medium speed for 3 minutes.
  • Add oil and mix at slow speed for 1 minute.
  • Scale as required into pan.
  • Bake at 170°C- 180°C for 35-40 minutes/until bake well
    Available in : 2 Kg

PRIME EGG BASED VANILLA FLAVOURED CAKE MIX

Method Of Preparation
  • Add water, eggs and Parisons Prime Vanilla flavoured
  • Cake Mix and Cake Gel to the mixing bowl. Beat for 1 minute at slow speed.
  • Scrape and mix at medium speed for 5 minutes.
  • Add oil and mix at slow speed for 1 minute.
  • Scrape as required into pan.
  • Bake at 170°C-180°C for 35-40 minutes/ until bake well.

PRIME EGG BASED VANILLA MUFFIN MIX

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Add Water, Egg, oil and Parisons Prime Vanilla Muffin Mix together in a mixer. Blend at slow speed for 1 minute. (Use pedal type blade)
  • Scrape the sides and blend for 2 minutes at medium speed.
  • Scale as required into cup.
  • Bake at 180°C-185°C for 18-20 minutes/until bake well.

Method Of Prepearation
  • Add Water and Parisons Prime Chocolate Flavoured Egg
  • Free Cake Mix to the mixing bowl, Beat for 3 minutes at  slow speed.
  • Scrape she side and whisk at medium speed for 3 minutes
  • Add refined oil and mix for 1 minute at slow speed.
  • Scale as required into Pan.
  • Bake at 160°C-165°C for 35-40 minutes/until bake well.

    Cake Mix to the mixing bowl. Beat for 1 minute at slow speed
  • Scrape the side and whisk at medium speed for 4 minutes.
  • Add refined oil and mix for 30 seconds at slow speed.
  • Scale as required into pan
  • Bake at 160°C-165°C for 35-40 minutes/until bake well.
