
PRIME CUP CAKE MIX
Method Of Preparation
- Whisk Sugar, Egg and Water at medium speed for 4-5
minutes until sugar is dissolved. - Add Parisons Prime Cup mix and remaining ingredients
other than oil in to the bowl mix at low speed for 1 minute. - Scrape the side and whisk for 4-5 minutes at high speed.
- Add oil and mix for 1 minute at slow speed.
- Scale as required.
- Bake at 190°C-200°C for 18-20 minutes/until bake well.

PRIME EGG BASED CHOCOLATE FLAVOURED CAKE MIX
Method Of Preparation
- Add water, eggs and Parisons Prime Chocolate Cake Mix.
- Mix to the mixing bowl. Beat for 1 minute at slow speed
- Scrape and mix at medium speed for 3 minutes
- Add oil and mix at slow speed for 1 minute
- Scale as required into pan
- Bake at 170°C – 180°C for 35- 40 minutes/until bake well

Method Of Preparation
- Add Water, Egg and Parisons Prime Red Velvet Cake Mix
to the mixing bowl. Beat for 1 minute at slow speed. - Scrape and mix at medium speed for 3 minutes.
- Add oil and mix at slow speed for 1 minute.
- Scale as required into pan.
- Bake at 170°C- 180°C for 35-40 minutes/until bake well
